Philadelphia Utilities offers residents municipally owned utilities, including electrical, water, sewer, and sanitation. We are responsible for providing electricity and drinking water to residential and commercial customers as well as sewer, and solid waste management. In addition, we are responsible for regulatory compliance and conservation.
Garbage pick-up is twice a week. Pick-up fee is $10.00 per month and is included in your utility bill.
